Directions to the ranch:
Driving from Victoria, take 77 south to Exit Hwy 239. Take a left onto Hwy 239 going towards Tivoli. Travel exactly 5 miles. Fagan Ranch Road will be to the left. Watch for the Texas Flags! Once on the gravel road of the ranch, again watch for the Texas Flags, (and the kamikaze cows and hogs and deer), ... continue for about 1.25 miles, never taking any right turns.
