Licensed for catering/cafe service in 1999, the cook & crew didn't like the daily grind of the cafe, so we narrowed it down to a once-a-month meal at our ranch house table!

Broadax Cattle Company is located on the Fagan Ranch. The ranch land was acquired by a grant from Mexico/Spain and given to Nicholas Fagan in 1834. Great Great Grandpa Nicholas actually came in 1829, which makes our heritage, Texans, before Texas WAS Texas!
We continue to keep the heritage of Hospitality of Nicholas, Peter, and Frederick Fagan going by inviting you and your family and friends to partake of food, fellowship, and an evening of 'back in time' experience of the prairie life. The coyotes are still howling, the roads are still rough, fences are in continuous repair, conversations are preferred face to face rather than a device, and the warmth of the old 1880's house is ongoing. We are blessed with our heritage and are anxious to share! Still here, by the grace of God, and still making a seat at the table for you, along with the Head of the House, ... the One that blesses us daily!
We hope you will pull up a chair for a fresh, home-cooked meal, meaningful table fellowship, at a slow-pace! We want you to experience community and the same warm hospitality that existed on this ranch two generations ago. So, please, join us at our table for an evening of fellowship and good eats!
